Basuri is the kind of restaurant that reminds you how exciting Indian food can be. The menu is intentionally curated rather than overwhelming, featuring many of the classics you know and love, but with elevated techniques, refined presentation, and flavors that feel richer, more complex, and incredibly well-balanced. We started with cocktails and prosecco, all of which were excellent and paired beautifully with the meal. Every dish that came to the table felt thoughtfully crafted, with layers of flavor that showcased the ingredients rather than masking them. The setting is equally impressive, romantic, stylish, and filled with lush green accents that create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. Basuri manages to strike the perfect balance between comfort and elegance, making it a destination for food lovers as much as fans of Indian cuisine. If you appreciate creative, chef-driven takes on traditional favorites, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

Very nice looking Indian restaurant with an upscale feel, top notch decoration and interior. Great music with a DJ playing. As far as the food is concerned, we had a mixed experience. The starters were okay, the chicken tikka masala in main course was great. The mutton biryani was deeply disappointing - the meat was almost overcooked and we had several burnt ends. Compared to the price of each dish, portions were modest. Service was good, staff were friendly. Overall experience was not bad, we hope the food matches the excellent ambiance next time we visit.

Had a great experience at Basuri! The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and an upscale feel. They offer a great selection of cocktails and drinks, which adds to the overall experience. We tried a few paneer starters and kebabs, and they were packed with flavor. The main course was excellent as well, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a nice variety of dishes that you don’t typically find at every Indian restaurant. The only downside is that it’s definitely on the expensive side, so it’s more of a special-occasion spot than an everyday dining option. That said, the food, drinks, and atmosphere made for a very enjoyable evening.

This was an impromptu pick for my sister’s birthday lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. The ambiance was inviting and stylish. The menu had such innovative flavors. We had the Chilli Paneer, Prawn Ambot, Goat Curry, Veg. Biriyani and Veg Jalferezi. Every dish was spectacular! This was hands down the BEST Indian restaurant that we’ve ALL been to in a while. What truly stood out was the customer service. Attentive without being intrusive and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Owners Sheetal and Vishant treated us so well. They even crafted a celebratory birthday drink for us that reminded us of the vibrant aromas of India! We’ll be back and it’s for sure our new celebratory spot! This is definitely worth a visit!

A brand new restaurant in the Roswell area. Was very excited to have a fine dining place to open so close to my home. We only tried a few things today and we will be coming back to try some more. The kafir chicken Tikka was the table favorite today. My son liked the butter chicken and rice( thoughtful kids menu option)
